By request of the directors I have added the music brief for ‘Space Chase’. You will find it here, in ‘The Film’ section. If you feel you can produce music to a high standard and fit this brief then please contact us.

The ‘Space Chase’ website has only been live since the start of June and we have already had over 2,500 unique visitors! Thanks a lot for all the emails asking about the project. Keep them coming in to spy@spacechase.co.uk and I will continue to try and answer them all.

19th July 2005 - Main roles cast
News Flash - we have cast our two main leads. ‘Nimble Girl’ will be played by Emily Rogers and ‘Smart Man’ by Dane Grant (a.k.a. “DC”).

11th July 2005 - Pre-production begins!
After months of planning 'Space Chase' is finally in official pre-production. Today has also been our first day in our lovely new production office in Soho. This will act as our base from now until we have wrapped the shoot. The address is;

News Flash - we have hired our Director of Photography. His name is Gary Shaw and he is a veteran of many ads. We'll be uploading his CV and showreel in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for updates!

30th June 2005 - Launch party
I've just got back from the 'Space Chase' launch party in The Balcony Bar in Boardwalk, Soho. It went fantastically well - a great buzz, a real mix of people and a good time had all round.

Among the many that attended were people from... the BFI, Bloomberg, BSkyB, Cinesite, M&C Saatchi, Noise London, Pepper Post, Pinewood Shepperton, Pogo Films, Slingshot Media, Soho Editors, Step Productions, Team Traceur and The Edge Picture Company to name but a few!

The Directors have asked me to pass on their thanks to everyone who attended and all those who helped make the event such a success. - Job done!

The date for the official launch of the production has been announced and will be on Wednesday 29th June in a funky bar in the heart of Soho.

Entrance is strictly by guest list only but drop me a line at spy@spacechase.co.uk and I’ll see what I can do!

The artist is James Husbands (www.jameshusbands.com), an experienced professional storyboard artist. In the past he has worked for BBC, Discovery Channel, Celtic Films, Home and Leisure Channel, Discovery Health, Heinz, BSkyB, Jack Magazine, Discovery Kids, Saab, Harp, Whiskas, BT, Abbot Mead Vickers to name but a few!

As a little plug for James I feel obliged to mention that “he can produce high quality artwork in a variety of styles to suit all types of production”. So there!
